Attaches to front of frame with Velcro straps with dimension 13 inches wide x 6 inches deep x 10 inches high. Personal Item Bag has Velcro straps that go over the handgrip tubes at the bent sections (located below handgrips) and attach to the opposite-side Velcro. The UPWalker logo is designed to be on the front side of the bag facing away from you when using the UPWalker.
