Kaye Posture Control Four Wheel Walker With Front Swivel Wheel For Pre Adolescent allows the user to turn without having to lift and reposition the walker. It helps improve cadence, velocity, energy use and step and stride length in children who have myelodysplasia, osteogenesis imperfecta or other musculoskeletal impairments. Equipped with one-way ratchet rear wheels to help prevent the walker from rolling backward and away from the user.

Kaye Posture Control Four Wheel Walker With Front Swivel Wheel For Pre Adolescent is designed to make walking less energy consuming, improve postural alignment and maximize the potential for walking
Latex-free handgrips with flanged ends help align the users arms
Facilitates postural alignment, balance, and components of gait
Folds for easier storage and transportation
Swivel wheels can be locked in the forward-only direction
Amount of swivel can be limited by adding Kaye Swivel Limiters (WSL-1, not included)
Helps simulate a stance-swing pattern so that the person walks safely with more normal reciprocal rhythm
Note: Optional All-Terrain wheels can replace those in swivel walkers, but the All-Terrain wheels will not swivel.
